This is our adjustable quick change form tool holder that offers a quick release head which holds the anvil, clamp and insert. The adjustments include: taper, diameter, center height and axial movement. The included angel for taper is 14 degrees and advance and retraction varies depending on the size of the machine. The head replacement is repeatable to 2 microns. The widthand amount of bearing surface provides for more rigidity than dovetails.
