Since the inception of Peterson Tool Company, we have endeavored to employ and keep the best people available for their particular skill. Peterson Tool Company now employs 138 qualified people. We have almost doubled in size since 1990. Each employee is trained in the job they do and cross trained for other jobs so they can fill in at a moment's notice. The average age of our employees is 44 and the average tenure is 17 years. We have a young, well-trained staff.
